NANOMETRIC* technology used in Yonex Nanoflare 800 provides improved bonding strength in between the carbon fibres. This allows Yonex to take the racket shaft construction to another level by reducing amount of carbon used in the shaft to make it 60%* thinner than a conventional racquet whilst keeping the same stiffness. Yonex has developed a revolutionary lightweight racket with lightening head speed and precise control.

Yonex has reduced upper part of the frame by 13%, and the lower part of the racket by 15.1%. Compared to conventional thin-frame rackets, air resistance is reduced by 9.3% in the upper section, and 11.5% in the lower one. Ultra Slim Shaft adds to the aerodynamic features of the racket.
Square shaped ISOMETRIC frame shape is designed to keep vertical strings at similar length, as well as horizontal ones. This allows the racket to produce an expanded sweet spot in all directions.
New Grommet Pattern
The single-pass grommet hole construction allows to implement more grommet holes for a more high-performance stringing pattern.
Control Support Cap
Control support cap provides 88% wider flat surface compared to ordinary racket. It enhances the easier gripping, sharp maneuverability and fast follow-through.
Solid Feel Core
Built in solid feel core cuts out harmful diverse vibrations during the impact. Solid feel core is implemented in all Nanoflare series rackets manufactured in Japan.
NEW Built in T-Joint
‘NEW’ Built-in T-Joint is fabricated from a unique lightweight plastic joined with epoxy resin and foaming agent that improves quality and perfomance by expanding the stability of the shuttle on the string bed and through the air.
